How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

Due to the nature of the products being sold, there will be no refunds or exchanges, except for the following:

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received in error to what you ordered from us will qualify for a product replacement or refund upon return of original product.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

You MUST contact us within 2 days of product delivery (according to tracking) if you notice any damage or defect to the product you received from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 2 days and/or WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be exchanged or refunded.

Please note: colors can vary by screen. We have done our best to accurately depict colors, but screen resolution can affect this. We will not be responsible for accessories that do not match intended outfit, or do not match exactly to what screen shows. Custom items will be made to match the colors shown in the photos we are given as closely as possible. Please ensure any photos sent for custom creations are as accurate as possible, as we are not able to recreate an item for this reason.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
